I'm always pleased with the level of service here. Staff are pleasant and attentive. The surroundings are clean and comfortable.
The consistency keeps me coming back and the food is delish!!

The waiting staff is always excellent, courteous and kind. The environment is inviting for my wife and I as well as my children. There is never a wait to be seated, and the food is cooked and served at the right pace. We have returned several times.

My girlfriend and I had a late dinner about 3 days ago and it came out to just about 50 bucks. So our waiter charges the card and we leave the tip etc etc. This morning my girlfriend gets a notification saying she got charged the same amount 3 days later. So we call tgi fridays and this ratchet lady working the phones was the nastiest a ratchet could be. Lost 2 customers because of her, she doesn't belong in the service field.

The only reason why this place is getting a star is bc the management and waitress were so great. However, my boyfriend's broccoli was brought out still in a plastic bag! Not to mention they gave me the wrong dish, and then when the right order came out, it tasted a little funky. Again, the people working there were very receptive to our concerns, but I will not be going back.
