I called this place to inquire on their services and, this guy answered the phone , I ask do you rent tents and he answered no we don't rent tents what do you want , these people have no customer service ethics , super rude

Went in with cash to buy a cover for my truck. Guy tells me it 990 when the display said 890. Then told me 200 for install. So I tell Him i will think about. Then the owner son comes up and ask if I need any help. He quotes me 890 and 100 for install. Then these two guys argue about it for a while in front of me. I watched install videos Lol. I then placed order from factory on my phone for 900 delivered to my home. I walked out. Buy online , no games , no tax . No delivery

What poor work quality! Had a trailer hitch installed in June, paid quite a premium price not only for the receiver but the labor to install it. The claimed they would have to modify my exhaust...when I got my vehicle back the exhaust was untouched. That should've been the first clue. After trailering an EMPTY trailer the receiver AS A WHOLE ripped off the frame it was mounted to!! I've never known anyone that actually went there and now I know why!

This place is a rip off ! The trailer service department is awful with the head grease-ball being the worst of all the sub-par employees. Save your time money and yourself the aggravation.

Great place. A throw back in some ways, which makes it kinda cool, and they seem to always have what you need. Bob the installation manager is the best.
