Tenafly Car Wash

It's not a hand-car wash venue but for a machine car-wash center, it gets the job done. I signed up for the monthly unlimited wash for $15.95+tax. Wash it weekly at least and it comes out to $4/wash. #thumbsup

Been here many times just to clean the interior of my car with mat washing. Each time i come they jack up the price. I paid $13 in total just to clean the interior of the car and mats. It's just $13, but the principle bugs the f*%# outta me. My car is returned dusty on the dashboard and semi-clean mats. I've told myself the last few times that i would not come back but...ugh, need to research a new place.

Rushed through and half the job promised.

Their sign for 'New Full Service Wash' at $4.75 was misleading at best. Once on line you are told that the $4.75 (actually $5.00) is for outside wash only. The outside wash apparently did not include them brushing or wiping my rims because they were still filthy when I left. Manager told me that is the $8.00 service. Laughable.

I will not return to this wash!

These guys damaged the tint on my drivers side window and rear passenger side window. It looks like they took a cloth with pebbles or dirt to it. I confronted the workers about it afterward, but they insisted the marks were always there. I think I would have noticed because hey, it is only my drivers side window right? They told me to come back and complain to the manager, but I doubt that will do anything since they never gave me a receipt.

I also have a new ding on my side skirt I noticed after the wash, but to be fair, I'm not sure they did that. Overall, I would advise to avoid this place.

They charge you a lot for all sorts of washing services ---- even when they know that their machine is mal-functioning and does not perform the service they charge you for! It happened to me on 3 occasions: They charged me for washing the underside of the car, but my cars came out there with the underside totally dry and dirty! When I confronted them on this, the guys simply said "hey, the machine ain't doing it. ain't my fault." Pressed further, they admitted they knew the underside washing was not working, but charged me for the extra anyway.

I'd never ever go there again.
