- Terrible #155846

Absolutely terrible customer service, I had to wait 30min to exchange currency. Meanwhile agents are at the counter just chatting away. They are unable to bring themselves to help for 5 minutes outside their comfort zone. Just disappointing level of consideration for a customers time.
