I had two good experiences with officers at this bank and then yesterday a pretty bad one. There are some officers here that are very poor representatives for their employer -- no greeting or introduction, no advocacy -- even when the bank's account provisions are on a piece of paper in front of them, and NO APOLOGY for taking about AN HOUR to resolve a BANK problem; i.e., properly linking an account for all benefits.

Very rude service here. They do things differenly then other TD bank locations I have been, no one here was helpful, suggest a downtown TD bank, the people around 14th Street are great.

God awful service and incompetent supervisory staff. Called and asked if penny arcade was available for daughter to cash in piggy bank. Told sure. Spend $8 cab only to find both units not working and an unapologetic supervisor. Exactly why I closed my account several years ago.

Fantastic all around. Was in and out in 25 mins setting up a new account. Also, the decor is amazing, feels like a Midtown hotel lobby moreso than a sterile bank. Very welcoming.

I've been with this bank for 10 years and I'm about to close my account. This bank is extremely unfriendly and rude to its customers. The tellers don't know you even if you come in everyday. The manager changes monthly and nobody is familiar with their customers. I was recently asked by the assistant manager Sheldon, when I was going to be leaving!! He said he'll be there when I do. BEWARE OF THIS BANK!!
