The longest wait line 30 costumer are waiting for only one teller I had to wait more than 35 minute. Bad experience.

New customer both checking and credit card. both cards look identically green w/ visa logo. I made mistake and used debit card instead of credit card. Overdraft fee for 3 transactions were $105(each $35) call the customer service which took 10 minutes. I explained the situation and ask to waive the all fees but they told me it was my mistake and only willing to waive 1 transaction fee. I got pissed off and closed the credit card on the spot and going back to bank to close the checking account tomorrow. It was big mistake trying to support local N.J. bank. Highway robbery if you ask me.
