Horrible Horrible customer service. They messed up my taxes and when I tried to go in and have them fix and explain what happened, they demanded that I make an appointment! If you call them they will put you on hold and eventually hang up on you. Save yourself the trouble

They do fraud on your taxes , $50 dollars my ass they take more maybe $200 more out of your money (read all the paperwork )
