Horrible experience! The front desk secretary has to be the most disrespectful and discpicable excuse for a human being. She is extremely disgusting in her ways and how she speaks to clients. This is why your office's Clientele is so poor. Hire someone who is competent enough to answer a simple phone call.

Has a voice message script stating they would be open from 9am to 5pm Monday - Thursday, but not specifying which office is open. Closed on Thursdays. Also, called numerous times on number given. Quite a number of attempts just to talk to somebody.

I was referred to Dr Grinchenko by my GP. My family has a history of RA and having RA symptoms, my GP did extensive blood work which showed an elevated RA factor. I waited 3 months for an initial consult with Dr G. She did additional blood work and upon receiving the results, told me to see her in a year. I returned. She looked at my hands and said I don't have RA and discharged me-didn't even do any follow up labs-the whole exam took about 3 minutes. When I questioned her about my joint stiffness, she told me to lose weight and it was probably from stress. She said to exercise and to try yoga, that's what she does. She said she only was following me because of my family history and to come back if I have any symptoms. I questioned her as to what exactly are the symptoms I should be looking for? She said, "oh you'll know". Having family members with RA, I was very happy to hear I don't have it but found her lack of explanation dismissive and leads me to believe, in my opinion, she is a poor patient advocate.

I was a patient of this doctor and had a bad experience with it. From app. to getting my medication refilled and now she dose not take my insurance but its good until new year im out of medication and doctor dose not wont to call the pharmacy so they can give me the medication for RA. im out of Humira called office the doctor dose not want to speak about it it is to hard for her to right a script...i would say to all find diff. doctor because this one is so hard to deal with staff are like they dont what to work there also ...
