Many employees seem unhappy with you, the customer, and they don't seem to think it's a problem that a lot of things are not priced. Other than that the stock is good and the sales are awesome.

I wish i was a mystery shopper. The employees in there are beyond lazy. I went to the book department yesterday 12.9.15 one employee walked around till he got another person to help me after telling me to look for the book myself. Yes. Which i did tey had them in the back and he was to laxy to get it. The female employee said she would get the book 15 min later she never showed up or even went to get it. 2 more employees helped me get the book which i wanted. I love target. But their customer relations are terrible. Some of them shouldn't be working there. I am going to write about my experience there to the big boss. I always shop there. Yesterday made my entire mood for target go elsewhere may to walmart

Was satisfied with this place overall and it's scores better than the location in Brooklyn. Better-stocked and less packed.
The employee who checked me out was in a bad mood but after talking calmly with her she was friendly. Many of these employees get worn out from retail, so a smile can turn their attitude around.
Returning some items was easy. I had repackaged one of the items but they didn't mind.

I have vowed never to return to this store..because many of the checkers are incompetent. My daughter and I were there on Sept. 20..the guest ahead of us had a problem with an item and the checker allowed her to run off and correct it..meanwhile, the checker starts checking us..or so we thought--I swiped the debit card only to find out I paid for the absent guests items. So Marline (think that was her name) sent us to customer service. At customer service I told the representative (a tall white man, didn't notice his name) what had happened. He takes the receipt then hands me one that says Post Void. I didn't check the paper he gave me and no cash was returned to me. I was rattled because all my groceries are sitting with Marline and didn't think at the time the guy didn't ask to swipe the debit card to return the funds back. 6 days later, I notice no money has been added back to the debit card. So, I look at the paper he handed me and then notice the debit card number isn't on it so naturally there would be no refund back to the bank. BUT, neither is there a notation about cash tendered back to the guest (me). I'm mad and I go to the store explain what had happened knowing full well they're going to ask me if cash was returned to me. I said no and that I realized it was only my word. I would guess most people don't know procedure and trust the customer representative to do the right thing. When I was handed that piece of paper I assumed all was well...not the case. I'm thankful I only got ripped off $15.88. This could've been a lot worse. People check your receipts...if you have a problem with the checker make sure they actually swipe your debit card and that the money is returned to your bank OR TO YOUR HAND. I'd say Mr. White Guy pocketed my $15.88. This is not the first time the checker has made an error and I'll never go back. I've seen people take drinks out of the frig, drink them and leave the bottles without paying...and BTW, Target those $1.00 tubs of cookies you place at the entrance are taken by the guests...eaten and the tubs left all over the store, ...YOU are a bunch of idiots me thinks. The area is rampant with thieves and fools apparently.
