Classic clothes. Som items are fashion forward. I bought two pencil skirts, 100% lightweight wool. They were very reasonably priced for the fine fabric. They would have cost triple in upscale department stores.

I think their quality is amazing for the money. I often buy their clothes when they have a big sale and the clothings are worth every penny. Love the design too though I wish they would make their skirts a bit shorter.
Their prices are similar to Banana republic and J Crew but quality is definitely higher at Talbots(Banana having the worst quality). Love this shop!
