The staff is wonderful, my daughter loved her teacher, but that is it. The people from the office are rude and totally unprofessional and I guess the worst is the old man from their Forest Hills location. He is scaring both the kids and their parents with his uncontrolled, rude, terrifying behavior. He screams like there is no tomorrow and he has a terrible look in his eyes. I wouldn’t leave my child 10 seconds close to this creature; I hope he doesn’t have grand kids.
