Although it does take a bit of calling in advance to schedule an appointment, but once you're there, the owner really knows what she's doing with the color and the haircut. I went there last time and did blond highlights, she really took good care of my hair- and even now when it's time to go back- my color still shines. Also their prices are great and i have 0 complains about the service, it would be nice if they had a bit more skilled staff like Erica and a more frequent availability, but all in all - the place is very good!

OMG! I took my daughter there on 12/1/2012 to get her hair done for her birthday which was the next day, that was my birthday present to her. She was so excited, her appointment was for 2:00pm we got there at 1:30pm. Erica the owner took her right away, she started to color her hair. My daughter stood with her hair color for a long time, so my daughter calls me over and ask me to look at her hair because she noticed her hair was turning purple. Erica just put the hair color around her front and around to the back of her hair,she in no way parted her hair to get to the roots like you should do. My daughter have real long thick ,curly hair .After the other girl rinse out her hair she puts the conditioner on and leaves her there for long time, too.Then Erica starts to blowout her hair than another client comes in so Erica tells the other girl to finish blowing out my daughters hair.The girl did not know how to hold a brush or the blower yet alone blowout her hair. Erica is not friendly nor the other girl at all.The place is real small no chairs just two small stools, Erica and the other girl is the only one that works there.There are no other hair styist there what Erica does when the clients comes in she bounces from one client to the next so they won't leave. She does not have no professional tools at all like blowers,etc.When you start with a client you have to finish with her first than go on to the next client not jump from one person to another.Nor Erica or the other girl that works there know how to do hair at all, nor cut, haircolor,or blowout.They don't have no skills at all I don't know what school they went to if they did I very much doubt it. Me and my daughter was there until 5:45pm what kind of crap is that, that u spend the hold day there and my daughtes hair comes out the same way she went in.The haircolor did not take the color she wanted the blowout was really terrible. She and I was so mad that I wanted to beat the crap out of Erica and the other girl.There are so unprofessional if you don't know how to do hair don't destroy other peoples hair,thats not right hire professional people.Go to school so you can learn how to do hair the professional way and buy professional tools. When u are a professional u are suppose to know how to do all kinds of hair.I urge people Please do not go there at all they don't know how to do hair or treat people and if u do, u are going to regret it take my word for it.I've been throught hell in that place. Erica destroyed my daughters hair and her birthday,too. My daugher and I was so mad we started to cry on our way home on the train.That is so sad, so Please,Please,Please don't ever go there at all.
