WORST SERVICE AND INCOHERENT STAFF IMAGINABLE. JUST SPENT OVER 45 MINUTES ON LINE FOR NO REASON WHATSOEVER. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN AND RESTART WITH PEOPLE WHO KNOW HOW TO PUSH BUTTONS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN

Went there with my girlfriend and dined in. I ordered a hard shell taco and a 7 layer burrito, and my girlfriend ordered a quesidilla and bean burrito. Both were good and consistent with what you would expect from a Taco Bel. Line moves fast and it took about 5 minutes for our food to be ready. There is a sods machine with complimentary refills as well as a bar to choose sauce packets from. Bathrooms were clean.

Got into an argument about the price of drinks because they don't show the price. Then they gave my food to the wrong person and insisted I received my order. Then they wanted me to wait for everyone else's order to be finished before working on my order again. Then they gave me an attitude when I wanted a refund instead of waiting for them. Then there was more arguing about the drinks. As I was leaving they called out "Have fun with your free drinks!", even though I was never given anything for free. Not once did anyone apologize.

Don't keep their fire sauce out anymore and they barely give you one or two when you ask for it. Went to their drive thru at night and ordered from the app and the employees gave us a hard time picking two mobile orders when both my friend and I were in the same car.
