T-Mobile Times Square

Rápido, eficiente e simpático. Recomendo.
Fui a esta loja comprar 2 cartões SIM e 2 planos pré-pagos para falar nos EUA e Canadá. Fui atendido por dois funcionários ao mesmo tempo para tornar o processo mais rápido e como levava os móveis comigo colocaram os cartões e testaram o funcionamento na loja, melhor era impossível.

I bought a Brand New Galaxy note 7 on launch day (Aug 19) that ended being defective and yesterday stopped at this T-mobile Store location, after Samsung Customer Serviced referred me there to get an exchange, and was told by the manager himself, named Carlos, that he is not going to honor the Store Policy nor exchange my phone. I am on the Phone now with Samsung Corporate and they are confirming that T-mobile is responsible as they are a official contracted reseller and are responsible for handling any Exchanges/Refund up until the 14-Day Window.

The manager located at this T-mobile in Times Square is the most insensitive, uncaring, unprofessional and unaware customer service employee I have ever encountered while dealing with any company.

I will also be contacting T-Mobile Corporate after finishing up my phone call with Samsung.

All in all: If you guys are *only* interested in buying a product from this place then you will be okay, but if in any case you run into problems with your new purchase and expect good customer service from this place you will more than likely be out of luck with actually receiving the well deserved care.

Wooow! Das war mal guter & schneller Service. Ich hatte Probleme mit meiner Prepaid-Card und mir wurde sofort weitergeholfen, obwohl ich die dort nicht gekauft hatte.
Die neue Karte habe ich dann gleich in dem Store gekauft, sie wurde mir eingelegt, freigeschaltet, etc.
War begeistert und viel wichtiger: sofort einsatzbereit!
