staff were forcing me to buy insurance and case after I refused they acted like high schools students making unwanted jokes about it...I am guessing commission is not that great. Someone needs to teach them about offering respectful customer service.

Love this location. Plenty of parking and the largest selection of phones in the area.
T-Mobile is my carrier of choice for service and rate plans. The staff at this location is top notch being very skilled in all the phones and in having stock of the one I wanted.
They answered all my questions and when I got my first bill it was exactly what they said it was going to be.
Fantastic place.

The machines where you can pay are always not working. Wait time is horrible, sometimes only 2 reps. Terrible service there
