The worst customer service experience. Representatives have no knowledge of tmobile plans and prices. I researched before going in and asked how much is the lowest plan to be eligible to purchase S7, rep said lowest plan is $65. WTF? It clearly states on web site that $50 is the lowest. But he keeps telling me $50 is only on prepaid. Wrong! Check again, educate yourself on your own plans. Then i asked about Jump Start on demand, they looked at me as if have fallen from another planet. They said there is no such thing JUmp start on demand, only financing is available. Stay away from these incompetent people, how can they get a job in Tmobile when they have no knowledge of its products and plans??

First and foremost
Don’t believe the sales people in the store!
Most are incompetent they will tell you things that are simply not true!!
More so, if you depend on your phone don’t get the prepaid plan the customer service is in India, and they are very abusive, rude, and patronizing! They are nothing like the regular T-Mobile customer service based in the US. Furthermore at best they are incompetent and what they lack in knowledge they make up in customer abuse. India has a long way to go when it comes to service
