- Terrible #225455

Went to get replacement phone through exchange program and was told phone was sent back to t-mobile. Email said i had 2 weeks to get it. Manager at store said policy was 48 hrs before they return. Phone was delivered on 8/10 and I went to pick up on 8/12. Called T-mobile and they said manager was incorrect. Staff is clueless and needs to be retrained. The manager did not want to help. It is a shame to have employees like this represent T-mobile.
