I've never had a bad experience here!
It does occationally take a few minutes to be served but only because they are busy. They always greet you as you walk in and will give you a heads up about how long the wait is.

This store is actually really awesome the staff members are really nice with energy and never rude. Ive been to this store to always check upgrades and Im just really amazed of what a good job they have done :)

I've been tmobile customer for a few years and since they open that store I'll just can say they're simply the Best

I live in Philadelphia and I go to that tmobile store everytime I need something....the agents are great and never give u attitude always willing to help.... send a few to philly so these agents here can learn how to give good customer service :-)
