If you go, ask for Rafael. I went in one day with a question and explained I would be back in a week to deal with a complicated phone move. When I went back he immediately remembered me and my issue. He was super helpful and I left 100% satisfied. About 2 weeks later I went back in for another item and he remembered me and my name. I can't say I've ever had so much great service from a cell phone company.

So called phone expert Matthew C said my wife's iPhone 4S was compatible with the T-Mobile network. That turned out not to be true. Fortunately Jeffrey Cruz helped us by having a manager contact us to set up refund.

The Wi-Fi in the store doesn't work!

That should have tipped me off right then. But I have no choice. I NEED "Unlimited" Internet. It's in quotes because nobody has true unlimited internet. I will be throttled. But I just can't afford the overage charges that I would undoubtedly get from Verizon or AT&T.

And my Employer Discount... Oh. My. God. I was in the store for an HOUR AND A HALF trying to get my 15% employer discount. 15% is a lot, so I stuck it out just to make sure I got it.
I didn't get it. At least not yet. They applied some generic 12% and sent me on my way. I anticipate having to deal with this nonsense at a later date. *sigh*

Since I have an unlocked phone, the whole "no contract" thing is good. But where am I going, really? The new International Roaming is interesting. I need to plan a trip in order see how that works out. Not having to swap SIM cards must be a good deal.

The staff at this location is friendly, and it's not their fault that not only is the company computer system slow as molasses in winter... but that they don't have a decent system of listing Employer Discounts. But that could be because they really don't want to give anyone a discount anyway.
As long as my monthly bill stays below $80, I don't care.

The rep never told me the price of the phone ... she just told me tht I get a $100 rebate. When I told her I want to pay for the phone or go online and get a free phone with my upgrade she said its like I get it free. When I looked at my receipt the phone is gonna cost me $400 but taken off my phone bill at $20 a month. I guess I had stupid written across my forehead cuz I got had.
