When in there had a problem they fixed it right away they were polite and knowledgeable

Really friendly and helpful stuff. I arrived there around 7:45 PM, and they helped me out with a rebate problem. They persisted with me and my mom until 8:45pm even though they closed at 8! They want to help you out no matter what time or what!

Eva who works there was very rude and unprofesional. All i wanted to do is to check if my sprint phone is unlocked. She started giving me looks and telling me that nothing can be done in a very rude and disrespectful way, and to top everything off one other worker came to her and right in front of me those two started talking spanish and looking at me every few seconds. I really hope the managment will do something about this situation, those people who work there make the whole company look terrible.

When I came in, I initially wanted to see if my Galaxy S5 was the real deal or not., as I bought it from Ebay a few days back. NO ONE seemed to know how to determine this. Fine, so we move on to the next ordeal. I needed to see if they could transfer my contacts to my Google Account. Again, NO ONE seemed to know how to do it. Then this girl named Shenai comes and starts trying to take over. It was like a high school reunion because while she was helping me, she was saying hello to every single coworker there. While she was bumping her gums, I had to stop her to tell her she was putting the wrong sim card in the wrong phone. I'd never come here again. People here don't know shit and won't go the extra mile to help. DO NOT go to Shenai. No professionalism here and no customer service. She's the one with hairy arms.

Excuse my language but this place is a sh!t hole not even a tiny little bit of customer service knowledge.

I went there to purchase a Samsung galaxy s5 which is over $700.00 with my cc in hand just a quick swipe and you give me my bag maybe 3 min max. and they want me to take a turn and wait for 5 customers in-front of me that have billing issues and other pains.
This happened already once before that they have done the same but you always think they might change, but this hole doesn't to bad.
