Rude customer service and are not knowledgeable about the products. The store manager was very racist towards me and did not want to help. I was paying for an iPhone upfront and he told me they had none in stock and weren't sure when they would be. He wasn't even willing to get it shipped to the store, just wanted me to pay the shipping fee to be delivered at my house! He was rushing me and wanted me to leave.

Very helpful staff. They have helped me more than a few times. It is a corporate store too which is nice.

Kia was very helpful. I was in a hurry she understood and proceeded to help me in a timely fashion. I appreciate hey empathy and professionalism. She's my go to girl.

Staff is not very well informed about Tmobile products and services.. But the store itself is conveniently located in the mall ..
