Small problem with top up rectified quickly. Review below who says the employees are "ghetto" needs to check himself.

This store has wonderful customer service providers who are willing to help. you can get quick service as well which is more important.

Went in to this store March 2013 to purchase a new phone. Been with T-mobile since 2006, when I was explained by sales rep Danny R. I could get two phones and keep my bill at its current price. He explained in detail how this would happen. Problem was it was completely inaccurate. I now pay upwards of $40 more pre-month with less service and since it took 2 months for T-mobile to switch my plan over there was no backing out of the contract. This is a classic bait-and-switch and is illegal. Never trust these guys unless you have in writing and you can read and understand the writing. To undo this will cost me $1,030.00 just break my contract to simply go back my old contract and plan. Very unhappy and feel cheated and lied to.
