I just left a few hours ago and apparently OUT OF NO WHERE the system goes down and I was unable to complete my purchase. Two out of Three store members working on SUN OCT 19 were RUDE and had terrible customer service. They were more worried about talking to each other about what they were going to eat for lunch than actually connecting with the customers. Not that I EXPECT much from the people that work there but a job is a job no matter the level and if their job is 95% customer service then that PERSON is bad at the job. Tmobile itself is not the problem its the people you have to deal with that hates themselves for working there and take it out on the customer. NOT MY FAULT YOUR JOB SUCKS!
