The manager was really kind when i walked into the store, helped me out and sold me a phone. After turning on the phone and activating it, it was clear the phone was defective. I pointed out the issues to the manager and his response was a beyond shocking. He yelled at me in front of the other costumers and refused to continue helping me until he would finish helping the new costumers that had just walked into the store after we already started talking. The biggest issue I had with this store location wasn't the inconvenience of being sold a defective phone or the stores return policies, the main issue was how the manager handled the situation and treated me as a costumer. In my opinion the store is being run and managed by a man clearly unfit for a manager position. I would definitely avoid this location at all cost and instead walk up to the Eastern Parkway location.
