T-Mobile Brooklyn

I went in there because my phone was dying. I decided to purchase a charger, but in the rush I was in I left my card. the man behind the desk never called me to inform me of this, and of course, I went home to find upwards of 350$$$ had been charged to my card. Avoid this place.

I Just visited this store, and it is everything you could ask for in a T-mobile. I came here a few months ago when I activated an account with T-mobile and I had the pleasure of being helped by the store's manager Eve. I had gone to other stores while considering switching to T-mobile but I always left nervous and a little overwhelmed but when I came here Eve was so kind and informative. I was glad to finally have all my questions answered and felt comfortable making the switch. It's been several months now and I haven't had any regrets. So today I stopped in to get a phone for my mom for Christmas and I was helped by one Eve's employees. I got the same amazing customer service and they spoke to me about some of the new accessories they had. I have a lot of techy people in my family and I wound up doing most of my Christmas shopping at a t-mobile, who would've guessed? I love this store and I couldn't imagine getting the same quality of service at any other store. I rarely write reviews but they really blew me away. I will definitely return the next time i need something from a T-mobile store.

No good customer service I live around here I was so happy new t mobile store but every time I go in there I come out with the disappointment

Long wait, but reps are very patient and polite no matter how small of problem you're facing.
