Very bad customer service... Activated the phone via phone and chose the in-store pick up for sim card activation. The rep did not want to help and offer run around excuses. Stay away...

Great staff, but the lack of internet service in this store cause me my iPhone trade-in.

I went to this store to buy a new iPhone, have waited almost one hours to get helped. After that they had a problem to activate my device and have waited another hour. Most horrible store ever. Regret that I sign a contract with them.

They charged me twice for the same device and never refund money as promised.
Customer service is very rude you have to wait about an hour till they will help you out.
Manager never show up and never call me back after all. They don't care about their customers at all once they take your money NOT A RIGHT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS!!!!
I even call the 311 and opened a claim about that transaction now I have to deal with my bank and open a dispute. They do not deserve even 1 star if I could I would leave them 0 stars review.
