Never again! Ordered lightbulbs, waited 2 weeks for no reason (no phone calls, no messages) and ofcourse no one cares. Wouldn't recommend this store to any of my friends.

Lighting Palace has all the right product lines and the prices are commensurate to the products they are offering. These are nice people in serious need of structure. There is little follow up on orders placed and the line of communication is not clear. As I said, these are nice people who need to understand the transparency of the world we live in. My experience working with them in a word was frustrating, because they just don't follow up, This is inexcusable. In most enterprises, this would be fatal. "Hey Joey, Wake up and smell the coffee!!"

They have beautiful lights, but there was a short Mexican sales clerk who knew his work vey well but laughed at us ever time our eyes fell upon a very expensive piece, when he told us the price he said it like it was out of our league to purchase and he got extremely upset every time we asked a price on a piece that they had No price tag on. He told us to tell him how many we needed and then he'll see how much they had before telling us the price. we then got offended and told him we are leaving because it looks like he's getting a headache.
won't be going back!
