These guys come off as fun and helpful but try to scam you. All i needed was three new phone upgrades and they ended up adding three new lines and charged me $100+ in fees. I had to get on the phone with T-Mobile for hours to fix it. They took a simple transaction and made it into a nightmare.

Hands down the best cellphone store ever. The staff is wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable on products and services!

My husband and I had a great experience with this T mobile store. We were sprint customers for ten but our service and service plans were not the best and customer service was always a bit shaky.
We decided to check out this t mobile breakup plan and see what it was all about.
We ran into sales associate Jeff and he was simply amazing, officially "our guy" now, he is very knowledgeable and pleasent.
I highly recommend making a store visit over internet consulting because they (the store) can do so much more than what the online site gives you and it will make a significant difference.
