The staff are only there to try to sell you think if you have any technical issues or have any sort of issues you're better off just calling customer service because the store was just tell you there's nothing they can do and if you ask them to know that your account to that way there's proof that you went to them @ the store to try to get any sort of help and that they were not able to help you they won't do that either. I've only been to the store twice the third time that I went was very disappointing that's the only thing I don't like about tmobile they dont have in store technical support like Verizon.

The Customer Service at this T-mobile store is outstanding! I was helped in a courteous matter and the representative handled everything in a professional matter. I would definitely continue to handle my T-Mobile issues through this store.
