FIVE STARS for amazing instructors, motivating curriculum, great facilities, convenient location. Taekwondo builds mental clarity, physical fitness, discipline, agility, confidence and self defense. T KANG has a wide variety of classes that focus on different skills, has an outstanding kids program and hosts events that fosters a great sense of community. We're so privileged to be part of it!

I love T Kang, with their new and beautiful location, they continue to be one of the best Tae kwon Do schools in NYC. God knows how much help a parent needs to discipline a child, T Kang does a great job at it.

I have been studying with Grandmaster Kang's school for about 6 years after studying elsewhere. It is the most organized, well run, and well rounded dojang you will find anywhere. Thoughtful well qualified instructors, all under the watchful eye of Grandmaster Kang, give you just the right combination of discipline, motivation, and instruction to keep you coming back to constantly improve your martial arts skills and keep your life on the right track.

This school is the real deal when it comes to martial arts. I have been there over a year and have maintained my weight as well as continue to grow in martial arts. Climbing up the ladder towards blackbelt and beyond. Their instructors have been practicing for 30+ years under Grandmaster Kang. Grandmaster himself is one of the most understanding and kind people who is always able for assistance wether it is matters in martial arts or out of the school. I have and will continue recommending this school to everyone and anyone I know. Awesome awesome place to go if you are really serious about martial arts and want to stay in shape and be taught by real deal people. I give this place 10/10

T Kang is a school run by thoughtful intelligent people who understand their students and respond to their interests. It is a welcoming place where you can train at your own pace & yet are always made to feel that you are part of the family. Suitable for the serious student as well as the more casual martial artist. Excellent place to train. Vince
