It's an okay gym - trainers are very young so they think they know stuff but they don't. Facility is clean, staff is okay. I just switched to Equinox which is much better.

It's a good gym but some staff members aren't nice. They are mean and can't really help you with any problem. They should understand their job position that they're here to help not to be rude.
Trainers are good and very qualified though!

Nicest crunch in the city.

Love the redesign. They took everything from the old gym (minus the waterfall) and improved upon it. Later hours, cleaner equipment, better staff, and the membership works at any other crunch gym.
