Synergy Fitness Clubs (Astoria)

I wanna give five stars but i can't. I do not want to be devious. This gym might not deserve 5 stars but does deserve at least 4 stars. I feel it has been about time that the owner realized his business is not the only one in existence. I by far have seen much improvements among cardio machines which I but maybe not all people prefer to use. I love their classes and how they put me on the spotlight to try my best in front of others but their spinning bike reservations have a time frame that piss me off. The rules are so strict that if I reserve a bike but don't show for any given reason they won't add me on the next list until others are considered. Overall it is a great gym but I wish they were a little less strict on the bike policy and a bigger bathroom couldn't hurt too.

I love this gym. I go all the time when I'm free. The machines are in perfect condition and there are so many. There are always machines open when I go and it's really clean so I am very pleased and likely to continue to go to this gym for many more years.

I was very overweight and I have been going to this gym for a while now. But now there is a big change because I'm now more active than I used to be because I used to just lay in bed with my husband on my iPad.

I even hired a personal trainer proving how desperate I was to lose weight. I was continuously being pushed to my limit which led to its increasing and my fats deminishing. He was a great trainer if you want a trainer her then just ask for lambros.

I've been going to this gym for a year now. My initial response would have been that it was just another gym but, after I have gone for a year I had realized how convenient this gym is considering that it is open for 24 hours. I come to the gym at 1-2 am and i feel like the gym belongs to me because no one is there. I LOVE IT! They have some really high quality equipment in my opinion. I don't know about the daytime but the nights are awesome.
There is nothing else that I can except that if you don't believe me you can see for yourself.

The process of cancellation is terrible. It was irritating that I had to send a mail to cancel. Why don't I just notice and sign it in person ? Even though I sent the mail that I wanted to cancel almost a month ago, they charged a month payment because It was not exactly 30 days. Is it really so different between 28 and 31days? I really wanted them to understand me that I would leave soon ,so I could not do exercise ,but they didn't listen at all. I think the manager is not empathetic at all. It was disgusting experience I ever had.
