They have great service here. I have experience with both doctors here because I see one of them and my wife sees the other doctor and both of them have been tremendously helpful. The other staff are great there too. Highly recommended

Previous owner wasn't too great, but pleased to find the new owner Dr. Wong is very friendly and professional.

Dr. Carson Wong and the entire eye care family are great. I've been going there ever since Dr. Wong took it over from the previous owner and he has been great. Very friendly and professional. The selection that they have is stylish and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I recently went there (through a friend's recommendation) to have my annual eye exam and purchase contacts. I was amazed at the friendly, professional and prompt service I receiver there. First, the receptionist/assistant was extremely warm and welcoming, and very helpful in sorting out my insurance coverages. My scheduled appointment time was actually the time I saw the doctor! This was so different unlike other dr's offices where you'd have to wait upwards of 15-20 mins after your scheduled appointment time. Dr. Carson Wong was very thorough in his examination and thoughtfully went through my overall health assessment. I felt like my previous eye exams at other offices were rushed and some non essential routines were not performed. Not with Dr. Wong. He seemed to have covered all the bases and even answered a bunch of other eye care questions I had. Overall it was great to have found this practice and looking forward to bringing the rest of my family to this office in the future.

Completely AWFUL, some of the employees are ok, but the doctor herself is a money grubbing lunatic with no skill in optometry whatsoever. The machine they use is old and outdated and she forces you to take up various UNECESSARY charges
