Sweet Basil

As many of my friends can attest to, I keep coming to Sweet Basil whenever I get a chance.

There's something about here that stands out compared to the many Thai restaurants I have been to [which is A LOT by the way], from the warm, efficient, attentive service, to the consistency of the food quality, right down to the minute fact that they take American Express. My usual of crispy vegetable spring rolls, beef drunken noodles (has the right balance of chili seasoning), a side of rice, and a Thai iced tea to finish it off has yet to disappoint.

Oh, and it is conveniently located right by the Woodside transit hub, something that previously made my weekend commute to and from Suffolk County on the LIRR much more bearable.

Beautifully calm ambiance. Great for a date! Their food is so delicious & their Thai based drinks are so flavorful. My favorite drink to come by for is their Thai iced coffee. The staff is so friendly & helpful. Plus their managers/ owners always stop by & thank customers.

Best food ever , their service is a lot better now.

Good service. But very pricey and the food isn't as good as other cheaper places like Sri Pra Phai.
