Best sushi in Washington/Hudson Heights. The specialty rolls are particularly creative, tasty, and worth the extra cost. The space is small, but doesn't feel crowded. It is clean and service is fast. The small touches...like warm towels and a tray of complimentary edamame to start the meal, and a fruit cup with cherries and pineapple to finish as a palate cleanser, really add to the charm and experience of the restaurant. The sushi meat is of high quality. There is nothing bad on the menu.

This place has gone to the dogs. The sushi is terribly made. The food is not fresh. Even the wasabi and soy sauce are subpar. Even though the quality is drastically lower than a few months ago, the prices continue to rise. Avoid this place.
Here's my original review: Consistently decent food and fast delivery on weeknights. I'm too picky to eat the sushi (I used to work in a famous sushi bar, and now I'm so spoiled!), but I know a lot of locals who love it. The kitchen entrees are very good. It's definitely worth a try if you're up in Washington Heights.

I enjoy this place! As soon as I arrived with two of my friends, we received a free serving of edamame and wet cloths to clean our hands. I ordered the New York Roll and really enjoyed it. I recommend the miso soup as well.

A very nice sushi place to dine at with the quiet and dim atmosphere and very polite waiters. The food itself is very good with average prices and fresh ingredients. A comforting sushi place to eat at.

Top notch sushi in the Heights. They have a great menu and will customize nearly any order to suit your sushi tastes. The prices are a little high on straight sushi but the rolls are reasonably priced and filled with great flavor and fresh ingredients. The proximity to my apartment is why I appreciate this place so much. They practically know me by name now. Love it.
