Surya Yoga Hoboken is convenient, clean and spacious with a variety of classes in different styles of yoga. The heat is high but never oppressive. The teachers are attentive, motivating and top notch. There are showers, and a great sound system. The staff and owners are friendly and helpful.Best bet for the wallet is one of the bigger package deals. Towels come with each class!

I am slightly biased because I LOVE this place. I am a regular here and know and love many of the teachers. MY favorite classes are the Jivamukti and Vinyasa, not the Bikram at all. They have late hours which is perfect for those who work late, and the owner is nice. I have been a member for 3 years now and yes you sweat! Be ready to be hot and work hard. Great yoga studio.

Great place to build a hot yoga practice. They have a nice variety such as Bikram, Vinyasa, Jivamukti etc. Instructors are great.
