Supreme Wireless

I was scammed by these guys, costing tons of time and money and losing all my address book/contact data.

I've been using them for awhile now. They always hook me up with whatever I need. It's personal hands-on service and they give me the best deals.

To make a long, painful story short, after having had unproblematic T-Mobile service through their store for over two years, I went back to S-Wireless to sign up for a month-by-month, no-plan, no-termination-fee service that they offered me, as I only needed to use the phone for my last semester (January - May 2008). They apparently lied to me, because in a fiasco that's still ongoing, more than a year later, they actually signed me up for a 24-month contract, not a no-contract service, so they charged me a $200 early termination fee when I tried to stop the service. In addition, though I'd told them repeatedly that I'd want it to stop in May 2008, they didn't actually stop service until October 2008, therefore sticking me with an additional $176.18 in monthly bills, even though I'd been out of the country the whole summer and hadn't even used the phone during that time, until I realized in JFK the night I arrived home that the service was still active. I'm still attempting to dispute the claim, but not having much success, since of course, according to the paper I signed (stupidly trusting them instead of closely examining the contract) I deserved to pay the early termination fee, and of course there isn't any proof of my continually telling them to stop the service in May 2008, since it was all in-person communication, or calls directly to them. I should've complained to T-Mobile directly back in May, but now it's so far in the past that it seems impossible to get T-Mobile to take responsibility for what their representatives deceived me into accepting. I hope at least some people read these negative reviews before entering into any sort of contract with the guys at S-Wireless - they seem nice, but they've royally ripped me (and, it seems, plenty others) off. Hopefully, eventually, their deception and cheating will catch up with them, and they won't be allowed to take advantage of any more innocent (or, in my unfortunate case, naive) people.

I have been purchasing phones and plans from S Wireless for about 8 years. Raja and Arosh have always gone out of their way to make sure that I have the best plan for my busy life. I have always gotten the most amazing customer service. I plan on continuing purchasing phones and plans from them for as long as they are in business!!!
