Customer of the company prior to new ownership for over fifty years and would not renew contract BUT would have renewed it if we renewed on time. And gave excuse that no parts can be found for our oil burner, in 2015 no parts can be found. You lost a costumer, I can find parts for my oil burner all over the place on line, do not use this company. Thanks for nothing. I wish Bassano still was affiliated thanks mangers John and Larry for nothing. I'll go to Finch or someone else. Joke of a company. No care for customers or loyal customer base only care about making money. Which they lost anyway in this scenario on 550 gallon tank almost filled up twice a year or more.

Please DO NOT Sign up with this COMPANY. Their Old company over charged me by thousands and took big Advantage and I couldn't do anything about it. Companies like this come and go. In the In the beginning they show you they are saving money but towards to end (When they are about to close down) they start charging you thousands on your gas and electric.
You get upset call they provider (PSEG or JCPL) and both of these companies can’t get you out there is hold period for 3 bill cycle.

BE BEWARE
BE BEWARE

Same salesmen new company every 6 months. (Saleman is Arthur Giannaros)
Be VERY CAFEFULL and STAY with your provider (PSEG or Whoever you have)

This company spilled 300 gallons of oil in my basement then has the nerve to sue me on top of that. They completely ruined my home, and my family, and now they are attempting to sue me. I would highly recommend to stay as far away as possible. They are the most disrespectful, rude, classless, incompetent organization that I have ever dealt with.
