We used this company three times, and the first two times they were late because they were at the wrong pickup location. The first time we used them the bus was filthy; apple cores and chip bags in the aisles and under the seats. The second time we used them, their driver was late because he was in the wrong location, finally picked us up, and at the end of the day tried to drop us off at the same wrong location he had tried to pick us up at. No common sense.

Terrible and watch out for the contract. The first year they were good (1 hr each way to school) the next year they put too many kids on the school bus and the ride took 2.5 hours each way. My son was late for school every day. The bus started coming earlier and earlier to make up the time. My son started boarding the bus at 6:15am. I canceled the bus on Sept 29 - 3 weeks into the school year (he had not been on time once and was consistently home late. Superior billed me for Oct and then again for Nov. I called and was told I would get a refund for Oct/Nov. It never came. Then, in Dec they billed me again. When I called in Dec I was threatened with the fact that contractually they can bill me all year even though I am no longer on their route and I should be satisfied with my Dec refund. They told me that they planned to keep my Oct and Nov money.
