Used to be good.... Not any more!
I made a reservation one hour ahead (suggested by their app) for a 10 min haircut, When I checked in, was told I still had to wait 45-60 min... not fair, I have to drive 20 min to get here....!
After over 10 years coming every other week, I'm saying it: I'm very disappointed!
It's time to look for other place to get my haircut!
