The checkout lines are too long. They force you to use their self scan lanes. When receipts don't print because of s paper jam they tell you to go to customer service for a receipt. Customer service says they are unable to provide a receipt. Call to speak to a manager later, they are unable to assist. They promise to have the bookkeeper call you back. That never occurs. Poor management, poor systems, poor customer service.
