Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a running shop besides Swim, Bike, Run. Too many people standing around and no one offers to help.

This is my go to store for running shoes. They have a great staff, excellent selection and a loyalty club to help keep the price of shoes a bit more affordable. They have a good selection of clothes as well. And they will let you run down the street to properly test out a new pair. I also recommend the upper west side location as well.
