They hardly have any of the books I need. It's very small. Lots of people in the neighborhood go there so it tends to get crowded

Most of the librarians on the checkout/check in desk are friendly but some seem like they want to be somewhere else. There are a lot of kids that frequent this library so it may get loud at times. Has a pretty small amount of books so you'll most likely have to request them through the bpl website which is very easy to work. The BPL catalog is not as large as the New York Library system in the city but they have most of the books i want and a request is usually filled within a week or so. Once they get the books you requested from a different branch, they can notify you via text/email/phone/postal mail that the book is on hold for you.
