I cannot believe just how rude all 3 ladies that work on the customer service desk were! They have such a horrible attitudes and demeaning way of talking to me and everyone in line in front of me. Should be fired!

I think it's really messed one of the staff members refused to help out my brother when he needed to print something out. He lost his library card and couldnt find it anywhere and they said they couldn't help him. I expected more from a public library that is there to help kids out.

A much cleaner library than the 455 5th Avenue Library and a decent collection of books. Outlets are plenty for laptop users but WiFi isn't very usable for video streams. Aside from the books, the library grants access to an interesting array of DVDs, eBooks, magazines, & periodicals. Service for applying for a card was excellent and I love the 24-hour curbside returns. Note that they charge an annual $50 if you're not a Queens resident, employee, or property owner. I'm not a fan of their no-drinks policy and keyed bathrooms.

Its amazing you could drop of your books even though its closed and in the inside you get good service and its quiet
