Only was able to stop by long enough for one of their signature drinks. This place certainly had an ambience. The drink is 60 oz and is 40 bucks!!! So don't say I didn't warn you when that bill comes. Otherwise I do plan on coming back and trying the food.

Our server was great. (wish I remembered his name). Our fish bowl(the mai tai) was ok. And their birthday celebration for my friends was nice and sweet. We did not eat here

We had such built up excitement preparing to go in to Sugar Factory. We had a 10:30 reservation on Saturday morning. We got to restaurant by 10:10 they were still counting money to open register. The entrance has candy but very, very limited selection. They had very few key chains and magnets for sale. They had initial Keychains that said Sugar Factory but only offered two letters to purchase H and I {really????).

Our waitress was not very informative about menu when we asked questions about menu she struggled to direct us. We ordered a cappuccino which is listed on menu but than were told espresso machine was broken.

We ordered two goblet drinks which are a mixture of soda and candy to fizz. They have other drinks on menu such as cool milkshakes. Everything has prices on menu except the goblets which are their big feature. We ordered Two goblet drinks with no alcohol, to our surprise when bill came they were $30 a piece!!! When we questioned price we were told well you didnt ask???? Their are no prices on menu for these drinks for a reason. Waitress should have mentioned price. These drinks are way to big for anyone to finish one drink can be shared by two. What, the kids can only take a few sips before being full, wasteful!

We ordered regular cups of coffee waitress never came back to refill.

The prices other than the goblets are reasonable the food was good but just that nothing overwhelming.

We were a 10:30 reservation so first reservation if place opens at 10. The floor in the bathroom was so super sticky it made noise when you walked or stepped on it.

Would not go back. We took train in from Long Island expecting a fun place such as Dylan's. Ambiance was nothing great, although food was good nothing crazy not someplace worth returning to. Save your money and learn how to make soda fizz at home and add lollipops to it.
The waitstaff and hostess do not express any feeling of warmth when you arrive etc.

Service, Service and Service.... Great Service. Thought it would have been worse, but the Staff at Sugar was on point for me. The Waiter, whose name I think is "King" was the best. We were celebrating two birthdays... The Food is just totally amazing.... Everything must be tried at least once. We had the goblet and milkshake (You must try these). Something for everyone at Sugar. Planning my next trip to Sugar. It is so easy to get addicted to Sugar!
