Rude and distracted people work here. The place is dirty. A standard answer to a request is "We're out of that". Three strikes, they're out. I walk a bit further to Strokos at 58th & 10th.

This place is dirty. They never have any spinach. Their toaster is broken. The sandwich artists are rude, but at least their sandwiches are tasty.

I asked for bbq chicken and the guy didn't ask what bread or size sandwich I wanted. He instantly threw the meat on top of a 6 inch wheat bread. I had to firmly tell him I didn't ask for this bread. Then when I was choosing my ingredients, he impatiently added it in top of the bread.
I've been to many different locations and I have seem this kind of service. This is the last time I'm coming here
