Service is very bad, your sandwich will be made so fast that it will be messed up.

Lunch time: busy busy. But line is moving quite fast.

Line always moves quick.

When in the area of the Staten Island Ferry, Battery Park City and The famous 'Wall Street Bull", you may need a bite to eat and escape the heat, and this Subway is the place to be. The best time to have a great experience here is on the weekends, mostly Sunday's, you want a nice sandwich healthy eating, and still be in the mecca of all the fun things around. It's not too hidden away, the staff is friendly, they may not speaking great english, but my experience was pretty awesome. They even asking me about my GoPro camera strapped to my head as I was walking the area capturing awesome footage of the sights at Battery Park City. I choose here over the BK and Chipotle near by based on the price, no crowds and healthy options. Did I mention my sandwich was amazing, JAMMED PACK with Veggies and the Best tasting sandwich I ever created at a Subways. My tab with barely over $7.25 via I bought a lemonade rather than their fountain drink.

Simply terrible. The lines are always long, the staff is rude, and worst of all, they consistently overcharge you when they think they can get away with it. I've eaten Subway at several other New York locations, so I know how much things cost. They tried to charge me over $10 for an $8 sandwich, and when I asked for a receipt they "noticed" their "mistake" and corrected it before printing the receipt. This place is a joke and shouldn't be allowed to operate under the Subway name.
