Don't underestimate the value of service. You can always count on being greeted with a smile. Owner knows lots of clients on a first name basis. I have visited this place over the last 10 years and would trek to the north side of town even though there is another subway much closer. The food is healthy and the quantities are just right. Employees my come and go but the owner takes pride in his store and is there just about every time I visit. Employee errors are not the norm I generally find them friendly and efficient.
