Horrible food, and customer service. Do NOT eat here! They purposefully give you less slices of meat and water down the meatball sauce in order to rip you off and save money. They told me straight to my face that they do this, and don't care if I like it or not.

I have stopped by this location several times but I haven't always been satisfied.
They are always out of sandwich items. The last two times that I've stopped by here they were out of my favorite cheese - Swiss- and they always try to get me to substitute with cheese that I don't like. This visit was no different so I didn't bother continuing with my order. If my sandwich can't be made my way I don't want it.

I'm usually a fan of Subway sandwiches because of their $5 footlongs, but this particular chain was not the best one just because of bad customer services. Long story short, workers here are always frustrated with customers because of too much request on their sandwiches!!! This is ridiculous and unheard of! I thought part of the Subway experience is have what you like, not have what you like and get yelled at while ordering! Definitely not coming back to this place. Plenty of other food options around Coney Island!
