My recent experience w/Suburban Tire was one of complete definition of "Customer Service." The manger Mike was friendly & attentive to my needs, (he even made me a fresh pot of coffee.) I was extremely satisfied with the service. I was a bit worried when I heard the previous manager,Joe Kapusky moved to another location, but the level stayed the same..If could give more stars it would be 9.5, only because no one is a perfect 10 Sincerely, Annette Thornton

I went to Surburban Discount Tire to get new brake pads and rotors done. Mike was real helpful and finding me the perfect pairing at a price I could afford. The work on my car was done right away and the mechanics were also very knowledgeable and nice when I talked to them after they were finished with the test drive. All in all great experience and will be back soon for some suspension work. Thanks guys see you soon!!!!

This place is by far the best shop i have ever been to. I had been going to pep boys for a while and they not only did very bad work but also ripped me off on quite a few occasions. From the first time i went to suburban i could tell they were different. Not only do they do very good and thurogh work but they value their customers. Mike in particular has always been very honest and straightforward when telling you what you need and what you don't. I can't believe anyone would go elsewhere. I for one will be a customer for life.

I have to laugh at the review that says Mike is Honest LOL REALLY. This guy is a thief you ever ride buy and see a car,SUV, Jeep For sale ?? Its Mikes guess how he acquires these cars ? I will tell you I brought my 2009 Lincoln in first thing AM I had no trans fluid on the dip stick trans was slipping the night before. Mike called me 20 min later to give me the bad news, I needed a new Trans Cost $2500 in the same breath he asked if I wanted to sell it. I said maybe he offered me $5000 and told me either that or I should trade it in. I did neither I simply drove down route 35 another mile and dropped my car at Lee Myles 3 hours later I got the good news condenser was leaking trans fluid bill $480. Did I mention Discount installed a new condenser 18 months prior ? So beware this guy is a snake. I reported him to corporate and they did nothing Even after I called his boss he called me to threaten me saying this is not business anymore its personal wow and again I reported him to his boss and still he continues to sell his snake oil. What a lowlife KARMA HAS A WAY OF TAKING CARE OF SLIMBALLS LIKE YOU MIKE.
